1. General
Protify provides home maintenance and equipment repair services for Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC systems. By using our services or subscribing to any plan, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Scope of Service
Protify is not an engineering or construction company. We provide maintenance and repair of existing equipment and systems only. We do not guarantee or certify the structure of your home or property.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription plans are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.
You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.
Parts, materials, and additional labor beyond the included limits are billed separately.
All payments are due upon receipt of the invoice or automatically charged based on your selected payment method.
4. Inspections and Visits
Our technicians perform standard inspections and repairs as defined in each plan.
Preventive maintenance visits are scheduled based on your plan tier (Essential, Pro, Max, or TRIO).
Emergency visits are handled as soon as possible but may depend on technician availability.
5. Warranty
All Protify work includes a 30-day warranty on labor. This warranty covers only the services performed by Protify and does not include manufacturer defects or unrelated failures.
6. Liability
Protify is not responsible for:
Damage caused by pre-existing issues or improper installation by others.
Structural defects, mold, water damage, or other environmental causes.
Loss of property or business interruption during service.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued only if Protify fails to deliver a scheduled service.
8. Changes to These Terms
Protify may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting at www.protify.org.
