Protify may retain customer information, invoices, communications, reports, inspection notes, service records, photos, videos, and related operational data for as long as reasonably necessary for business operations, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, warranty documentation, tax obligations, and internal recordkeeping.

Some records may remain archived, backed up, or stored in secure systems even after account closure or service cancellation.
